About the Barista Course

This course will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to create and serve the perfect espresso coffee beverages using a commercial espresso machine and grinder, You will learn how to advise customers on coffee beverages, select and grind coffee beans, prepare and assess espresso coffee beverages and to use, maintain and clean the espresso machine and grinder.

About the Course

This unit provides the skills and knowledge required to responsibly sell or serve alcohol in Brisbane and Queensland (QLD). RSA is a requirement if you wish to work in licensed venues such as clubs, pubs, hotels, bars and restaurants.

You will learn how to sell and serve alcohol responsibly , assist customers to drink within appropriate limits, assess alcohol affected customers, identify those who must be refused sale or service and learn how to refuse sale or service to customers in a professional manner.
