Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations
Entry-level qualification for those seeking support roles within the transport and logistics industry. A strong first step onto the warehouse floor.
Ideal for: Store persons, pick packers, warehouse operators, inventory and despatch clerks.

Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations
For skilled operations roles applying discretion and judgement, with potential coordination responsibilities. Includes the opportunity to gain a forklift licence.
Ideal for: Warehouse operators, supply chain administration officers.

- 100% funded by the VET investment budget - fee-free, no student contribution
- Eligibility confirmed through your school's VET coordinator

Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations
Career Start
- Aged 15 or older and no longer at school
- Permanent Queensland resident
- Australian or New Zealand citizen, or eligible visa holder
- No Certificate III or higher completed in the last 10 years
- Not currently enrolled in another qualification
Traineeship pathway: new full-time or permanent part-time employees may also qualify - confirmed per candidate.

Certificate IV in Supply Chain Operations
Career Boost
- Meet all Career Start (Certificate III) criteria, plus:
- Be an existing worker in the warehousing industry
- No Certificate IV or higher completed in the last 10 years
Concession pricing - around 50% lower student contribution - applies to eligible participants under Career Start and Career Boost.

Are these qualifications nationally recognised?
Yes. All of our TLI supply chain and logistics qualifications are nationally recognised and delivered under EDB Training Services (RTO ID: 32376).
Which qualification should I start with?
If you are new to the industry, the Certificate II is the ideal entry point. From there you can progress to the Certificate III, Certificate IV, and the Diploma of Logistics as your career grows.
Am I eligible for government funding?
Funding depends on your residency, age, and prior qualifications. School students may study the Certificate II fee-free through VETiS, and programs like Career Start and Career Boost subsidise higher qualifications for eligible Queenslanders. We'll confirm your eligibility before you enrol.
Can I get a forklift licence through this course?
Yes - the Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations includes the opportunity to gain a high-risk forklift licence as part of your training.
