From the Beginning

EDB Training Services was founded in 2006 by Brad Barber, who brought years of hands-on experience in logistics and operations management to the world of vocational training. Having seen first-hand how the right training, delivered the right way, could lift a team's performance, Brad set out to build a training provider that put workplaces first.

That practical, no-nonsense approach struck a chord. Word spread quickly among local businesses looking for a training partner who understood their industry, respected their time, and could deliver consistent results without disrupting day-to-day operations.

Today, as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO Code 32376), EDB continues to grow on those same foundations, combining nationally recognised qualifications with flexible, on-site or in-house delivery tailored to each client.
