Can We Train Our Whole Warehouse Team On-Site?

Sending a warehouse team off-site for training means rosters, cover and lost floor time. For groups of staff, we can bring the training to you instead, run against your own equipment and stock rather than a generic classroom setup.

What does on-site training actually cover?

It’s the full Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (TLI30325), not a shortened version. The content is the same nationally recognised qualification covered in our guide to what you’ll learn in Certificate III, delivered against your warehouse’s own layout, stock handling and day-to-day processes instead of a standardised example.

Why train on-site instead of sending staff to us?

Training that reflects the actual job sticks better than training that reflects a generic warehouse. Staff practise on the equipment they’ll use on Monday, assessment happens against real tasks instead of simulated ones, and you avoid the roster gaps that come with sending several people off-site at once.

Does it still count as a real qualification?

Yes. It’s the same TLI30325 qualification and the same assessment standard as our Capalaba-based course, just delivered at your workplace. If you’re bringing on new staff under a formal training contract, ask us whether a funded traineeship pathway applies to your situation.
