- Anyone whose work involves lifting, carrying or shifting loads by hand - warehouse and dock staff, retail and stock teams, and any workplace where manual handling injuries are a real risk.
- Prerequisites
- None. The training suits new starters and experienced staff alike, and is often run as a refresher after an incident or as part of an induction.
- Duration
- Delivered at your workplace or at our Capalaba centre. Session length depends on group size - we will confirm when you enquire.
- What’s assessed
- A practical demonstration of safe lifting, carrying and load-shifting technique, alongside a knowledge check covering risk assessment, team lifts and when to use mechanical aids instead.
- What you leave with
- A nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for TLID0020.
