The trainers at EDB possess a degree in Psychology, Master of Human Resource Management, Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management), Certificate III in Logistics Operations and a Certificate III in Hospitality Operations
to name a few.
